- Check Your Photoshop Version: The first thing you need to do is ensure you’re using Photoshop Beta version 24.6 or older.
- Verify Your Age: Generative Fill is only available to users who are at least 18 years old. If you have not already done so, you need to confirm your age with Adobe. The easiest way to do this is by logging in to Behance with your Adobe ID, where you will be prompted to enter your birthdate.
- Restart Photoshop: After verifying your age, close and restart Photoshop to ensure that any changes take effect.
- Reinstall if Necessary: If Generative Fill is still not working, try uninstalling and then reinstalling Photoshop Beta 24.6.
Please note that Generative Fill is not available in certain regions, such as China, and for non-RGB 8/16 bits documents. In these cases, the feature is visible but disabled.
