Williams is a senior software and solution architect at ZirconTech, where he has led numerous global projects. Currently, he is responsible for defining the company’s technology strategy and overseeing all technical aspects of major projects. Williams has extensive experience with various blockchain technologies, including Ethereum, Quorum, Hyperledger, Hedera/Hashgraph, and R3 Corda. He was one of the first R3 Corda Certified Developers in Latin America. Prior to his work at ZirconTech, Williams was a Computer Science engineer at Codigo del Sur, a leading IT company in Uruguay.

SUKU needed an attractive marketplace and at the same time a cost-effective, secure, and scalable way to prove digital and physical asset authenticity and ownership by brands and customers that require a high degree of trust.Solution
ZirconTech was part of the core team that developed the different parts of the platform. Hedera Token Service (HTS) was used to strengthen the trust between brands, customers, and marketplace participants. The system guarantees the scalability to millions of users through a backend infrastructure built in AWS ecosystem running NodeJs (NestJs) backed up by a MongoDB data layer. Quality aspects were ensured through unit and integration tests as well as interface tests with Cypress Lastly, the frontend was developed using React.js first and then Svelte.js. We were using Svelte and SvelteKit working in pairs with a design team to power the use of a custom UI library and a defined set of development guidelines.Overview
SUKU DeFi is an ecosystem of purpose-driven lenders who provide microfinance opportunities to disenfranchised supply chain participants. The ecosystem leverages an algorithmic, autonomous interest rate protocol to give these participants access to open financial applications.Brands and institutions around the world can partner with SUKU DeFi to provide a pool of stablecoin (USDC, BUSD, etc) liquidity for supply chain partners to borrow from. These lending partners can earn a variable interest rate.
Challenge
Bring decentralized finance to supply chain participants through SUKU’s product offering. Participants in the supply chain, including farmers, manufacturers, and distributors, can receive incentives and access numerous advantages of decentralized finance, which is based on blockchain technology, by sharing information regarding their SUKU-traced products.
Solution
Zircon’s team has developed the Web3 application for Suku DeFi that allows users to contribute SUKU tokens and USDC to the smart contract-based liquidity pools and earn a variable interest rate, which will be returned to them in kind. The result was achieved using a ReactJS + EthersJS libraries in combination with Metamask integration and the use of Compound protocol.

GiveTrack™ is an innovative donation platform for nonprofits to provide transparency and accountability to donors by sharing financial information and direct project results in real-time. The platform helps nonprofits overcome breakdowns and challenges to do their work without limitations.Challenge
One issue with charities is donors never know for sure how much of the funds they give actually make it to the intended cause. GiveTrack solves that problem by bringing transparency to the donation process. By using Bitcoin and blockchain technology, the web-based project allows donors to give to a cause and then track the progress of those funds in real-time, thereby reducing opportunities for fraud.Solution
ZirconTech was in charge of the frontend and backend development. We designed and implemented the solution that included communication with API Blockchain (RootStock), the back-end API (built with Node.JS) under the infrastructure of AWS and Jenkins CI and the front-end using React.JS. Harnessing a unique combination of active agreements, blockchain technology, and a contract modeling engine, the platform is designed to move business legal obligations into the networked world.
Challenge
Monax’s main challenge was to develop a cutting-edge platform using state-of-the-art technology. In many respects they were pioneers, developing legal technology on blockchain.
Solution
We collaborated with the development of the Vent component of the Bosmarmot open source project. Bosmarmot is a set of tools developed by Monax for use with Hyperledger Burrow (Hyperledger Burrow provides a modular Blockchain client with a partially authorized smart contract interpreter, developed according to the specification of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)). What the Vent component does is interact with Burrow gRPC obtaining blocks, transactions and events generated from smart contracts implemented in Solidity, unpacking and decoding them to store in legible form in sql tables created on the fly. We are also helping Monax with the development of new features and the frontend of their NFT legal agreement tool.

The platform is a multi-sided, market-facing tool that enables low-friction, low-cost creation of legal trust vehicles for investing in cryptocurrencies. Zircon’s team has developed the customer-facing features of the platform including registration, onboarding and administration side for the content management, as well as the integration of Modulus crypto exchange and SumSub third-party services. The frontend was developed using ReactJS library while the backend stack uses NodeJS + NestJS and a Postgres database. The Zircon team has built a design-detailed and web-responsive website for this marketplace. The frontend piece is leveraged by ReactJS and the backend side of the architecture is backed by a NodeJS API and SmartContracts powered on the Fantom Blockchain. Xylo Academy is an eLearning platform that focuses on providing private and customized learning experiences to schools on Disruptive and Innovative subjects such as: Blockchain, AI, Robotics, Energy Storage, among others. Students are set up with their particular classroom colleagues to take the courses and complete quizzes while learning. They can also ask questions and create discussions on a private Q&A forum.Challenge
Create an engaging and fully optimized learning environment for users to take online courses with multiple types of materials such as videos, images, audios. While completing the different lessons, sturents are evaluated through quizz exercises. The course progress is accessible for users and also for school teachers to follow up on the learning path.Solution

BabelFish DAO is a DeFi Protocol that absorbs, aggregates and distributes USD-pegged stablecoins across chains. The practical upshot of this is that by adding stablecoins to this protocol users can neatly cross the language divide between any chains. By integrating stablecoins into the protocol, users can effectively overcome any language barriers that exist between different chains. BabelFish has developed a meta-stablecoin called XUSD, which is supported by a collection of aggregated stablecoins that increase their overall flow and usefulness among users and protocols. FISH holders, the official BabelFish cryptocurrency token, have the ability to vote on proposals to enhance the platform, such as determining which stablecoins to accept or the percentage of collateral to lend.
Challenge
Our team has created the Web3 decentralized application (dApp) that connects the SmartContracts in charge of powering the DeFi protocol on the RSK network. Users can connect their crypto wallet, select a source stablecoin in a particular chain and seamlessly swap to the destination chain. The technology stack includes a ReactJS frontend with web3 and ethers js libraries backed up with Solidity SmartContracts running on the RSK EVM compatible Blockchain.
Solution
